Traveling to Lose the Misery

Bulnes is a village located inside the central massif of  the Picos de Europa. Until this site gets no road but access to the outside is through a trail that  climbs  along  the channel Tejo. For many years Bulnes was totally isolated, which has caused their population  is reduced  to about twenty  villagers. It is divided into two areas, one along the river and  a higher one  called the  Castle. Among his house are the ruins of towers that seem to be the fourteenth century.
The route begins in the small picturesque stone bridge Poncebos, also known as a bridge of “Java” and goes on the trail that ascends parallel to the River Cares. Past the tunnel, get to the “Out of Bulnes”, where a drinking water source and little depues the same people. Then we will take a path on the left and crossed an old stone bridge to enter the canal.
